“We are delighted to welcome Thomas – who brings a wealth of experience – as a consultant, a Conservative Party campaigner, and a parliamentary assistant. As we continue to work with clients to provide stability and resilience in the face of challenges such as the pandemic and the policy response to climate change, Thomas’ in-depth understanding of emerging policy landscapes across tech, health, finance and transport will make him a valuable addition to Lodestone’s team.”

Speaking about his new role, Thomas said:

“It is great to be joining Lodestone at such an exciting time for the business. The recent client wins across a range of vibrant sectors and this year’s formation of the Lodestone Health Unit, mean I’m very much looking forward to starting work with the team, delivering for clients and helping to drive further business growth in 2021 and beyond.”

The appointment comes on the back of project wins across Lodestone’s target sectors of tech and energy, with a competitive pitch win for Bute Energy’s comms brief and new projects with the Musician’s Union following the success of the #FixStreaming campaign, calling for a better deal for musicians and songwriters from streaming sites which garnered support from MPs from across the House and over 234 high-profile artists. Lodestone have also recently founded the Bourbon Alliance, working collaboratively with voices from across the hospitality sector to remove tariffs on US imported spirits to support the struggling sector.
