Claudia Wood is the former Director of Demos, the cross-party think tank and is now based in Northern Ireland. Her expertise encompasses research and evaluation, policy development and impact measurement in a range of social policy issues. Claudia has worked at both the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Resolution Foundation, and while at Demos worked closely with a number of trusts, grant makers, the European Union, local government, alongside large corporates like MasterCard. Claudia has led a variety of policy development work encompassing housing, health and social care reform, financial inclusion, disability, early years education and life chances. She advises across a wide range of policy issues relating to Northern Ireland, the UK and internationally.
