Viktoriia Skirak

Vika is an Account Executive at Lodestone, working across technology, defence, and social impact clients. She supports public affairs, media relations, corporate communications, and event delivery. Prior to joining Lodestone, she gained experience in defence policy and strategic communications, contributing to the London Defence Conference and supporting policy and organisational work at the Blockchain & Climate Institute. She has also been involved in political engagement through roles with the York Central Constituency Office and Ternopil City Council. Vika holds a First-Class Honours degree in International Relations from the University of York.

Mabel Davis-Wild

Mabel is an Account Executive at Lodestone, working across a range of sectors including energy, tech, and conservation. She supports clients with public affairs and PR, alongside event management for the Digital Inclusion APPG and the Ireland and Irish in Britain APPG. Mabel joined Lodestone full-time in summer 2025 after graduating from the University of East Anglia with a degree in Politics, having previously completed two summer internships with Lodestone in 2023 and 2024. Over this period, she has built her experience across client delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the development and execution of campaigns and events.

Natasha Anku

Natasha is a Senior Account Executive working across various clients and sectors. She supports clients with communications and public affairs, stakeholder engagement, research, and events. Natasha has worked in policy and public affairs at a national trade body representing the publishing sector, where she focused on technology and digital regulation. Earlier in her career, Natasha worked with a range of charity clients at a public affairs agency.

Jenna Kearns – maternity

Jenna is a Finance & Operations manager at Lodestone, working with Ilse to ensure Lodestone runs smoothly supporting in financial and logistical operations. Jenna manages invoicing, payments and HR matters as well as supporting on the running of the office and company growth.

Ilse Anderson

Ilse is the Finance & Operations manager at Lodestone and works to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the organisation by providing leadership and support in financial and operational matters. These include processing payments, updating financial and company records, and managing invoices. Additional to this Ilse supports in the successful running of the office.

Holly Musk

Holly is an Account Executive at Lodestone, working across the tech, energy, health, and higher education sectors. She supports clients in public affairs, media relations, corporate communications, and event management. Prior to joining Lodestone, Holly supported a range of social action campaigns, drawing on her experience across the sector, most recently contributing to Gordon Brown’s Multibank initiative. She holds a degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield.

Mary Mawhinney

Mary is an Account Executive at Lodestone working across a range of tech, sustainability and house-building clients. Mary supports clients across public affairs, PR, and media relationships, alongside event management for the Digital Inclusion APPG. Mary has also supported on social action campaigns, drawing from her extensive prior experience across the social justice sector, most recently as the Communications lead for a community support charity in Oxford. Mary has a degree from Oxford University, where she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Ella Dunham

Ella works across public affairs and communications at Lodestone, providing research and analysis for a range of education, sustainability, tech and health clients. She has a background in public affairs, policy and economic crime, having previously worked in the Parliamentary office of the Minister for Rail and in economic crime policy advocacy.

Megan Fletcher

Megan is an Account Manager at Lodestone working across local government, education, and technology. Megan supports clients with their public affairs campaigns, stakeholder relations, PR, corporate communications and events management. She also helps run the secretariat for the Digital Inclusion APPG. Prior to joining the Lodestone team, Megan worked in policy and public affairs for Islington Council and Sarcoma UK.

Charlie Mower

Charlie is a Senior Account Manager at Lodestone working across health, education, and technology. Charlie supports clients with their public affairs campaigns, stakeholder relations, PR, corporate communications and events management. Clients he supports include the National Union of Students, various UK-based universities, NHS Trusts and the Data Poverty APPG – the All-Party group in Parliament dedicated to tackling digital exclusion. Prior to joining the Lodestone team, Charlie worked in a range of roles in the House of Commons as both a staffer to various Members of Parliament and also as a freelance researcher to a journalist at the Independent, the I and London Review of Books. Charlie has also worked on multiple general election campaigns, coordinating volunteers in 2015, 2017 and 2019 and was Unite the Union’s rep to Young Labour.
