Our Social Values
As a proudly accredited B Corp we believe it is action,
not words that drive engagement, advocacy and change.
1. Employment and Skills
We are an accredited London Living Wage employer, pay our interns fairly and are signed up to the PRCA Better Internships Guidelines. We upskill our team and provide upskilling services to help prepare ourselves and our clients for the skills of the future.
2. Environment & Climate Change
We have a carbon reduction plan and seek to minimise waste and the environmental impact of our work wherever possible. We are environmental champions and work with organisations that want to tackle the climate emergency.
3. Community Engagement
We are SME champions, we buy local and we work with communities to deliver our campaigns.
4. Our People
We support our team to live healthier lives, learn new skills, support good causes through volunteering and pro-bono clients and get involved in changing our industry for the better.

Social Action Academy
In April, as part of Lodestone’s Social Action Academy, we had the privilege to work with a group of inspiring young leaders from All Stars London on preparation for interviews and public speaking. All Stars is a grassroots community organisation, who use a performance-based approach to transform the lives of young people. They dedicate their time to working with young people from London's poorest boroughs, encouraging them to use performance to open up new possibilities.
It was fantastic to see the creativity, talent and application of the All Stars group as they worked out and rehearsed key messages on a range of topics, before demonstrating their newfound skills in front of their peers. As part of the session, we put across the key advice we give to all our communicators: preparation, confidence, and understanding the importance of one’s message when speaking.
All Stars London Trustee and Co-Organiser Brian Mullin said, "This new connection with Lodestone feels like such a perfect fit for the work we do. All Stars' Young Leaders are training to 'perform their lives,' meaning that they can walk into any professional environment and present the best version of themselves. As experts in communication, Lodestone's team offered them a huge range of insightful, practical advice about how to get their messages across, which will no doubt help them as they move into future opportunities in higher education and the world of work.”
As part of Lodestone’s Social Action Academy, we offer all employees hours each year to work on a pro-bono basis towards causes that they care about. We are very proud of the collaborative work we have already done and look forward to expanding the programme going forward.
"I
found the workshop with Lodestone very useful. I was able to improve my public speaking skills and take away practical tips.
I had a recent debate in school and I was able to use the lily pad technique learned from Lodestone to build my statements." (A quote from one of the young leaders).
