Award Winning Campaign of the Year for Wales 2020 – amplifying patient voices for NHS Trust, Countess of Chester
Lodestone supported the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on strategic communications, stakeholder relations, internal communications, thought leadership, crisis communications and media training. Lodestone directly supported the Executive team on a range of different issues. Working closely with the internal team, we provide senior counsel and ongoing strategic communications support. Lodestone’s worked with the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust helped to amplify patient voices, allowing continued access for thousands of Welsh residents. Our work was awarded the PRCA Public Affairs Award for ‘The Best Campaign in Wales’ in 2020.
