Hydrogen Innovation Zone Project
Lodestone works with the University of Nottingham’s Propulsion Futures Beacon to further the impact of their research into innovative transport fuels and to increase their profile with local and national political stakeholders. Recently Lodestone worked with the Propulsion Futures team on a targeted political campaign on hydrogen as an alternative fuel, creating a Hydrogen Innovation Zone in the East Midlands. Lodestone collaborated with academics to create two policy papers for political audiences and conducted detailed stakeholder analysis for a step by step campaign. Lodestone secured by in from local industry, local leaders and local MPs, before taking the proposals to national policy makers and civil servants.
