Training Senior Leadership and Academic Staff

Lodestone has worked with The University of Manchester training senior leadership and academic staff to productively engage with politicians and policy makers to increase their impact and raise their profile. We also trained academics and other members of staff to support their writing when writing board papers or documents that must have significant impact with their audiences. We held numerous sessions over zoom, with interactive elements to ensure impact on learnings. We created engaging video content to allow training assets to be available across the institution and impactful during the covid 19 lockdown and beyond. We secured ex MP for Ashfield and former GMTV Political Editor Gloria De Piero to deliver training videos that are now part of the University of Manchester training hub.
