Lodestone advises the Vice Chancellor of London Metropolitan University, as well as other members of the Senior Leadership Team and the communications team on strategic communications, public affairs and PR. London Met has a strong commitment to race equity, diversity and inclusion, and supporting the community, and Lodestone have supported and amplified the University’s work in these areas. We have helped to secure media coverage and opinion pieces highlighting their thought leadership on these issues in the Guardian, Wonkhe and HEPI, and by supporting on speaking opportunities at political and sectoral conferences. As part of our work, we engage with those driving policy with relevance to opportunities and threats for higher education, including for example influencers at HEPI and other think tanks, ministers and SpAds at DfE, the Cabinet Office, the Mayor of London and Deputy Mayors.
