The Copper Mark

Lodestone work with the Copper Mark – a new assurance framework to promote responsible practices and demonstrate the copper industry’s contribution to the United Nations SDGs – to raise the profile of the organisation and promote the use of responsible practices within the copper value chain. Lodestone provides expertise in PR and media engagement strategies, organises briefing sessions with key financial sector journalists and mining trade outlets, and secures thought leadership pieces for relevant trade magazines. Lodestone’s support has helped to gain the Copper Mark widespread sector media coverage whilst helping them to expand their network of media contacts. This has included helping to secure an interview with CNN on sustainable mining in Chile.
