University of Birmingham’s Centre for Strategic Elements and Critical Materials

Lodestone supported the University of Birmingham’s Centre for Strategic Elements and Critical Materials and the Critical Elements and Materials (CrEAM) Network on maximising the impact of their report on the UK’s sovereign capabilities. Through a series or bespoke parliamentary and industry events, alongside specific one to one briefings, Lodestone were able to build interest in the report throughout Westminster and Whitehall as well as in sector specific and national press. Lodestone secured high profile speakers for the events such as Member of the BEIS Committee and Vice-Chair of the All-Party Group on Critical Minerals, Alexander Stafford MP, Commodities Correspondent at Financial Times, Henry Sanderson and Director General for Exports and UK Trade, Andrew Mitchell CMG.
